It is the simplest promise we make: mosquito screens across Dubai, measured and fitted at your door.

Where we fit mosquito screens across Dubai

We fit mosquito screens across Dubai in the simplest sense possible: everywhere. From the workshop in Al Qusais, our own team reaches every part of the city — the older neighbourhoods of Deira and Bur Dubai, the towers of Downtown, Business Bay and the Marina, the waterfront at Palm Jumeirah and JBR, and the villa communities and outer districts spread around the edges. If you live or run a business in Dubai, your address is covered.

Coverage is not only about the map, though. It is about turning up, measuring properly and fitting screens that suit the building in front of us — and the buildings differ enormously from one area to the next. A sea-facing apartment, a desert-edge villa and a back-street kitchen each need a slightly different screen, and a service that covers the whole city has to understand all of them, not just one. That is the difference between being available everywhere and being genuinely useful everywhere. Fitting mosquito screens across Dubai well means matching the screen to the building in each area, not selling the same product to all of them.

For the areas we are asked about most we have written dedicated guides — our base in Al Qusais, the towers of Dubai Marina, the villas of Palm Jumeirah, the apartments of JVC, and the homes of Abu Dhabi — each covering what tends to come up in that particular community.

Insects do not respect community boundaries, and neither does the need to keep them out. Mosquitoes in particular are a genuine health concern rather than a simple nuisance, with the World Health Organization linking them to a heavy global burden of vector-borne diseases — which is exactly why a screen on the window matters as much in a quiet villa as in a busy restaurant. Wherever in the city you are, the aim does not change: airflow in, insects out.

  • The whole of Dubai, plus Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi
  • Villas, apartments, towers, compounds and business premises
  • The same free survey and made-to-measure fit in every area
  • A screen matched to the building, not a one-size product
In short: wherever you are in Dubai or the nearby Emirates, we come to you, measure on site, and fit a screen made for that opening — the coast, the suburbs and the city centre all covered the same way.
Mosquito screen fitted to a home in a Dubai community

From the coast to the suburbs

Our vans cover the length of the city, from the sea-facing towers along the water to the villa communities out toward the desert. Because we make every screen ourselves and fit it with our own team, the standard does not change with the postcode — the same care goes into a window in Jumeirah as into one in Mirdif. Owning the whole process is what lets us fit mosquito screens across Dubai to one consistent quality.

Most of what we fit is windows, so wherever you are it is worth seeing how our window screens are made, and the spread of recent work we have completed in different parts of Dubai.

If your community is not one of the five we have written about, it is still covered — those guides simply reflect where we are asked most often. A quick call or message tells you straight away that we reach you, and books a free survey at a time that suits.

Communities we cover, area by area

We work right across the emirate, but these are the communities we are asked about most. Each has its own guide covering the homes, buildings and screens typical of that part of the city.

Al Qusais

Our home base — villas, low-rise apartments and shops, with the workshop on the doorstep for the quickest turnaround in the city.

Al Qusais screens →

Dubai Marina

High-rise living by the water — balcony and window screens for towers, with sea air making a corrosion-resistant mesh worth considering.

Marina screens →

Palm Jumeirah

Waterfront villas and apartments where salt air is a real factor, so marine-grade and stainless meshes come into their own.

Palm screens →

JVC

A busy mix of villas, townhouses and low-rise apartments inland, where a standard or fine weave usually does the job nicely.

JVC screens →

Abu Dhabi

Beyond Dubai we cover the capital too — villas, apartments and premises across Abu Dhabi, scheduled around the longer run.

Abu Dhabi screens →

Sharjah & the Northern Emirates

We also cross into Sharjah, Ajman and beyond for homes and businesses, confirming any travel up front in the quote.

Our fly screens →

No guide for your exact community yet? It does not matter — the five above are simply our most-asked areas, and everywhere else is covered on the same terms. One message confirms we reach you and sets up a free survey.

How it works

One team, the same service wherever you are

What makes coverage real is that the service does not change from one area to the next. The same surveyor who measures a villa in Al Qusais measures an apartment in the Marina; the same workshop builds both screens; the same fitters install them. Nothing is sub-contracted out to whoever happens to be nearby, which is how the standard stays the same right across the city. Fitting mosquito screens across Dubai with one team, rather than a loose network, is the whole reason we can promise that.

The order of events is identical everywhere. We agree a time, a surveyor comes to your home or premises and measures each opening, you get an itemised written quote, the screens are made to those measurements, and a fitter installs them and checks they run cleanly. Whether you are in a waterfront tower or a back-street shop, that is the routine — and the full range of mesh options is available to every one of them.

Distance changes only one thing: timing. Within Dubai a survey is usually a day or two away and the price is the same wherever you live. For the further reaches of Abu Dhabi or the northern emirates we may group visits or note a little travel in the quote, but the screens themselves, and the care taken over them, never vary.

Budgeting

How much do mosquito screens across Dubai cost?

The honest headline is that your area does not set the price — the screen does. A window in Deira and the same window in JBR cost the same; what moves the figure is the type of screen, the size of the opening and the mesh you choose. The table below gives a guide for common jobs, with a firm price following a free survey.

Indicative supplied-and-fitted prices — anywhere in Dubai, 2026. Confirmed in a written quote.
ScreenTypical openingFrom (AED)
Fixed window screenA standard window150
Magnetic door screenA kitchen or balcony door250
Sliding / retractable screenA patio or sliding door600
Pleated / wide screenA wide or tall opening950
Whole-home packageA full villa or apartment6,000

A handful of things move the figure, and the surveyor goes through each on site:

  • Type of screen — a fixed panel is cheapest; sliding, pleated and powered screens cost more.
  • Size and number of openings — a whole villa is naturally more than a single window.
  • Mesh choice — a fine, pet-tough or, by the sea, marine-grade weave costs a touch more than the standard.
  • Building type — a ground-floor villa, a mid-rise flat and a high tower each fit a little differently.
  • Access — an awkward or very high opening can add a little to the labour, wherever it is.

The only firm figure comes from a survey, and it is free anywhere in Dubai. The surveyor measures each opening, talks through the mesh and screen that suit your building, and leaves an itemised written quote for mosquito screens across Dubai with no obligation — priced the same whether you are in Downtown or out in the suburbs.

Because the price follows the screen rather than the location, comparing quotes is simple: it comes down to the screens specified and the quality of the build, not who happens to be closest. We would always rather measure properly and quote once than guess over the phone, so the figure you sign off is the figure you pay. Priced this way, mosquito screens across Dubai stay easy to compare and easy to budget for, in any community.

Does the area change the screen?

Coastal areas or inland — what changes?

The map does not change the price, but it can change the mesh. The biggest practical difference across Dubai is how close a home sits to the sea, because salt in the air is hard on cheaper materials. Here is roughly how the two sides of the city differ.

Coastal & sea-facing

The Palm, the Marina, JBR and the Jumeirah coast. Salt and humidity shorten the life of ordinary fittings, so we lean toward a marine-grade or stainless mesh and corrosion-resistant fixings — a little more up front for screens that hold up by the water.

VS

Inland & desert-edge

JVC, Arabian Ranches, Mirdif and Silicon Oasis. Here fine sand and dust matter more than salt, so a standard or fine weave usually does the job, with the focus on a tight, dust-sealing fit rather than corrosion resistance.

By the water we often suggest stainless steel screens or a marine-grade weave; inland, a standard or fine mesh is usually plenty. Which way to go is best settled at the survey, and our full mesh guide compares them all in one place.

Whatever the location, a screen is only one part of keeping insects down. Through the warmer months Dubai Municipality runs mosquito-control programmes across the emirate, and a well-fitted screen on every opening quietly does its bit on top, in every community we cover. It is a small, permanent line of defence that keeps working long after the seasonal spraying has moved on.

Every screen we make, available in your area:

A local team, not a faceless network

Covering the whole city does not mean handing your job to whoever is nearest. Every survey, build and fit is done by Mosquito Net Pro — the people who answer the phone are the people who make and install the screens, so there is one company accountable from the first measurement to the last check, in every area we cover.

That is worth knowing before anyone comes to your home. Read a little about the company, then browse the full range of mosquito nets we make for homes and businesses, from one window screen to a whole property.

Why us

Why Dubai chooses Mosquito Net Pro

Citywide coverage Own workshop & fitters Free survey at your door Same price everywhere

People across the city pick us for a plain reason: we actually come, and we do the job ourselves. The screens are cut and assembled in our own Al Qusais workshop and fitted by our own team, so whether a request comes from a tower by the water or a villa on the edge of town, it is handled by the same people to the same standard. We have fitted mosquito screens across Dubai in towers, villas and shops for years, and that consistency is the point.

We are upfront about how the location factors in too. It does not move the price, but near the sea it can shape what we recommend, and very high or awkward openings can take a little longer to fit. We would rather say that plainly at the survey than spring it later — the quote you sign reflects the building and the screens, not a guess.

Most of all, customers tell us the relief is the same wherever they live: windows and doors that open for the evening air with the insects shut out, and a house that feels easier to live in for it. Before booking, it is worth a quick look at who we are, the jobs we have done around the city, and what customers say.

Coverage, in the end, is only worth anything if the work behind it is good. We would rather be the team that turns up on time, measures carefully and fits a screen that lasts than simply a name on a long list of areas — which is why so many of our jobs come from a neighbour who has already had us round. For most people, mosquito screens across Dubai come down to exactly that: a job done well, close to home.

Coverage and service-area FAQs

Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of them. From our base in Al Qusais we cover the whole of Dubai — Deira and Bur Dubai, Downtown and Business Bay, the Marina, JBR and Palm Jumeirah, the villa communities like Arabian Ranches and Dubai Hills, and outer districts such as JVC, Silicon Oasis and Mirdif. We also work across Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi, so if your community is not named here, it is almost certainly still covered.
Do you charge more for areas far from your workshop?
Not within Dubai. The survey is free and the screen prices are the same wherever you are in the city, because the cost is in the screen and the fitting, not the distance. For jobs well outside Dubai — deeper into Abu Dhabi or the northern emirates — we will simply confirm any travel in the quote up front, so there is never a surprise.
How quickly can you come out for a survey?
Usually within a day or two anywhere in Dubai. You tell us the area and the openings, we agree a time that suits, and a surveyor comes to measure and advise. The process is the same in every community, so a villa in Arabian Ranches and an apartment in the Marina are booked and handled exactly the same way.
Do you fit screens in high-rise apartments and towers?
Yes. A great deal of our work is in towers and mid-rise apartments — balcony and window screens in the Marina, JBR, Business Bay and Downtown. We check access and any building rules at the survey, and most openings are handled from inside, so a high floor is rarely a problem for a standard window or balcony screen.
Are sea-facing and coastal homes treated differently?
They can be. Near the water — the Palm, the Marina, JBR and the Jumeirah coast — salt in the air shortens the life of cheaper materials, so we often suggest a marine-grade or stainless mesh and corrosion-resistant fittings. Inland and on the desert edge, where fine sand is more the issue than salt, a standard or fine weave usually does the job.
Do you cover villa communities and gated compounds?
We do, and they are some of our most common projects. Villa communities such as Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, the Springs and Mirdif usually want whole-home screening, with every window and door done as one matched job. We can work within a community’s rules on finish and colour so the screens sit neatly with the look of the development.
Can you screen commercial premises anywhere in Dubai?
Yes. We screen restaurants, hotels, warehouses, offices and clinics right across the city, from Deira and the Business Bay towers to the industrial areas and Jebel Ali. Commercial jobs are fitted around trading hours wherever they are, so the location does not change how smoothly the work goes.
How much do mosquito screens cost, and is it the same in every area?
Pricing is by the opening and is consistent across Dubai — a window screen starts around AED 150, with doors, wide openings and whole-home packages costing more. The price follows the screen, not the postcode; type, size and mesh are what move it. After a free survey you get an itemised written quote, the same way in every community we cover.
